SHE Cycles
At SHIFT, we believe a woman’s body holds incredible wisdom. Every rise, dip, pause, and surge throughout her cycle tells a story, and we listen. SHE Cycles is where our community honors the natural rhythms of womanhood, from menstruation to menopause and everything in between.

You’ll see women tuning in before they tune up, checking in with how they feel, how they’re breathing, and what their bodies need that day. Some days call for fire and intensity. Others call for softness, stillness, or deep release. And every choice is welcome.
These captured moments are more than just workouts, they are rituals of self-respect.
They remind us that pushing through isn’t always strength. Sometimes, strength is knowing when to slow down. When to rest. When to show up exactly as you are.
In this space, there’s no shame in honoring your cycle, there’s only freedom in it. And that freedom becomes contagious.
