What To Expect.
What Awaits You: A Whole Mood, Not Just a Workout.

Normalizing the conversation
There’s unmatched beauty in the way a woman grows, transforms, and rises.
At SHIFT, we’ve created more than just a workout studio, we’ve built a sanctuary for women. A place where conversations about menopause, aging, and the beauty of life after 40 are not only welcomed, but celebrated.

This is a space where strength meets sisterhood, and where your story, in all its stages, is honored.

We invite women of all ages to move, learn, and grow with us. And yes, we talk openly (and often!) about hormones, menopause, and the magic of midlife. So if you’re under 40 or above 40, come with an open heart and a curious spirit, there’s wisdom here for everyone.

Our mission is to equip you with deep, science-backed knowledge about your hormones and your health, so you can feel empowered to trust your body, embrace your evolution, and thrive — in every season of life.
Meeting you where you are
Stepping into something new can feel overwhelming, especially when the world of weight training feels unfamiliar.
That hesitation is valid, and at SHIFT, we meet it with compassion and open arms.

This is more than just a workout space.
It’s a supportive sisterhood where women of all walks, all bodies, all backgrounds, come together to build strength, resilience, and self-belief. Whether you’re brand new to movement or rediscovering your rhythm, your journey matters here.

No two women are alike, and neither are our workouts.
Each class offers a range of options — bodyweight, resistance bands, or dumbbells, so you can move in the way that honors your body and comfort level. There’s no pressure to keep up, just encouragement to keep going.

One-on-one attention for your body’s specific needs

We don’t chase perfection. We nurture progress. At SHIFT, it’s about honoring your body, embracing your journey, and showing up with courage and grace. You are not just welcome here, you are celebrated.

4 Week Blocks
Building lasting strength one step at a time
True strength isn’t rushed, it’s nurtured. At SHIFT, we honor the power of steady progress. That’s why we use a thoughtful, research-backed method called ''Progressive Overload''. Rather than constantly changing your workout, we focus on consistency, allowing your body the time and space it needs to adapt, grow, and build lasting strength.

As each new month begins, so does a new training block. With fresh exercises introduced every few weeks, there’s always something new to explore, but the intention remains steady. Week after week, we’ll guide you in gradually increasing your effort, whether that means adding reps, adjusting weight, or simply challenging yourself a little more. You’ll keep a personal log of your journey, making your progress not just visible, but deeply empowering.

This is about more than just muscle. It’s about creating the kind of strength that carries you through every chapter of life. By supporting lean muscle development and hormonal health, our training helps you feel capable, independent, and energized, not just today, but for years to come. Because we believe every woman deserves to move through life with confidence, grace, and freedom.
Total Body Workouts
Training the Main Functional Compound Movements
Strong Foundations, Smart Movements
At SHIFT, our training is intentionally designed around the 'five essential compound movements' that support real-life strength and full-body functionality. These are the building blocks of movement we all use every day, and training them makes life easier, not just workouts better. Each class focuses on:
Hinge (think deadlifts or hip bridges)
Squat/Lunge (your everyday sit-stand power)
Push (for pressing strength)
Pull (posture support!)
Core/Carry (for stability, balance, and everyday ease)
We believe in quality over quantity, so rather than overwhelming your body with dozens of exercises, we train smart and effectively for results that truly last.
Together, We Rise
Our group classes are thoughtfully structured to build strength together. Each session features six lifting stations, with two women per station. You’ll complete three rounds of each movement, side by side with your training partner, cheering each other on, resting when needed, and progressing at your own pace.
This partner format isn’t just efficient, it creates connection, accountability, and a sense of community that makes every workout feel uplifting and supportive.
Coaching That Cares
You’re never alone at SHIFT. While you're working through each movement, our expert coaches are right there with you, offering guidance on form, breathwork, and safe technique. Whether you’re brand-new to lifting or well along your strength journey, we meet you where you are with encouragement and compassion.
Each class is a chance to deepen your connection to your body, move with purpose, and feel seen and supported in every rep.

Cycle Awareness
Embracing the Intelligence of Your Body’s Natural Flow
Energy isn’t something that shows up the same way every day, and we believe that’s not a flaw, it’s a beautiful feature of being a woman. Where most fitness programs expect consistency without context, we choose to honor the natural waves that come with your hormonal cycle and life stages.

Every class begins with stillness, a few grounding breaths to help you check in with your energy, not override it. Menstruating women are invited to move in sync with their cycle, while postmenopausal women can find rhythm through the lunar phases. This creates a deeper level of awareness and connection between your body and your training.

You’re never expected to push when your body needs to pause. Feeling heavy or sluggish during your luteal phase? You’ll be encouraged to modify, take longer rest periods, lift lighter, or skip a round entirely. Here, that’s not stepping back, it’s showing up with wisdom.

Strength, for us, doesn’t mean powering through at any cost. It means responding to your body with compassion, choosing presence over pressure, and trusting that honoring your rhythm is the work. This is how sustainable strength is built, not just in muscle, but in mindset and in spirit.
